Let’s try a few ways we can customize our video or image output in Rotato Web.

Find a good angle

For still images, you can either go with the angle in the template or make your own.

Drag on the 3D mockup device to rotate.
Scroll to zoom.
Hold shift and drag to pan. When you’re ready, hit the Image button to get your image.

Use a theme

Click the “Colors” button in the action bar to reveal the presets. Themes are a collection of preset background colors, gradients, device colors and other settings that you can set in one click.

Magic themes

The bottom area of the theme selector is using colors derived from the image you imported. So, if your image has a lot of red, you’ll find themes with a variation over that red color, and the other colors in the image.

Change the background

Change the background using the Background button in the floating menu. Change the device color from the Settings icon Turn shadows on and off and turn Reflections on and off from the Settings icon

Change the format

Rotato knows what image and video sizes the social networks like Instagram and TikTok want. Click the Format button in the floating menu to choose from all the presets. You can also choose generic ones like Portrait, Square, and Widescreen.
